Vanguard Pharmacy were previously using Retail Pro to manage their POS, inventory, and other retail operations. The previous POS presented many challenges with frequent downtime due to database crashes and poor after-sales support. There were issues of limited system memory, and slowdowns in processing speed led to queues during high traffic.
